Each gathering supports the nervous system and creates space to reconnect with your heart, reset your energy, and come back into alignment with your authentic frequency.
Each month, we'll gather around a new theme, beginning with guided reflection, intention setting, and gentle practices before moving into an immersive sound healing journey with Crystal Tones® crystal alchemy singing bowls.
Think of it as a monthly pause — intentional space to step away from the noise of everyday life, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters.
