Every gathering includes:
A live guided sound bath using Crystal Tones crystal alchemy singing bowls
Gentle intention setting
Reflective prompts + journaling
Integration and connection
Access to a growing Sound Sanctuary library of past journeys and additional sound healing experiences you can return to anytime
