Gwen Alyssa Gaydos is a Los Angeles–based sound healer, Reiki master, yoga and meditation teacher, and holistic wellness expert with over two decades of experience in integrative health and mindfulness-based practices.

Originally trained in conventional medicine, Gwen holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and has been licensed as a pharmacist since 1997. Her background bridges clinical healthcare with holistic and nervous-system–informed modalities, offering a grounded and comprehensive approach to wellbeing.

Gwen facilitates sound healing experiences, wellness workshops, and professional trainings both in person and online, working with individuals, groups, and organizations worldwide. As a holistic wellness expert, her work integrates sound, mindfulness, coaching, and nervous-system–informed practices to support stress reduction, emotional resilience, embodied presence, and whole-person wellbeing.
