Gwen Alyssa Gaydos is a Los Angeles–based sound healer, Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and holistic wellness expert who has dedicated her life to helping people experience deeper calm, clarity, and connection. With a unique blend of scientific training as a licensed pharmacist and extensive experience in natural health and energy practices, Gwen brings a grounded, integrative approach to healing.
Her work weaves together sound therapy, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, and holistic coaching to support emotional well-being and balanced living. Over the course of her career, she has guided thousands of individuals through sound baths, energy healing sessions, mindful movement, corporate wellness programs, and transformational workshops — creating spaces where people feel supported, grounded, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
