Top 5 Food Intolerances and Allergies

Now most of you are probably getting this on Tuesday, when usually it's a "Magical Monday", (yes I’m running behind!), which is what happens when the writer is in the middle of more than 3 great projects at the same time! Haha! Yes, I’m completely in my flow after breaking free from some major blocks, and I promise I will tell you all about that later.  For now, just know it feels amazing and fiery, and – wow- I learned A LOT. I can’t wait to share!

This time however, I want to tell you about something that I think is really important. I get so into talking about energy and alignment sometimes that I forget all the basic building blocks of health. That is, physical health. Now, our physical, mental, and spiritual health is ALL connected, so therefore, what I’m about to reveal affects all of these. Meaning, all of YOU!

Here it is.

There are 5 foods that most contribute to most allergies and intolerances that we have today.

This is due to a variety of factors that range from the foods being overprocessed, genetically modified (GMO’s), pesticides, gluten, vaccinations (depleted immune systems), long chain chemical structures which our bodies have a hard time breaking down, and so much more.

One of the most basic ways our bodies react to these substances and conditions is to create an abundance of mucous, and inflame in the process. Our bodies go from being in a more ALKALINE state to a more ACIDIC state. We always want our bodies to be more alkaline because it’s impossible for ‘disease’ to grow in a properly oxygenated and alkalized body.
